General Manager Operations
Senior Manager Multi Fuel
Job Responsibilities:
ü  As GM reporting to CEO, responsible for overall management and monitoring of routine operations of all CNG stations and implementation of marketing strategies in order to increase sale as per the budgeted targets, while ensuring quality as well as quantity of the product.
ü  Setting of sales targets for each stations and Area Managers.
ü  Planning & budgeting of cost sales, ensuring optimum utilization of all available resources.
ü  Ensuring maintenance of targeted GCR (Gas Consumptions to Sales Ratio) and UCR (Utilities to Sales Ratio) at all operational stations.
ü  Assisting CEO in analyzing sales trends of CNG and multi fuel products and patterns of repair and maintenance by providing necessary input.
ü  Responsible for managing all types of maintenance i.e. mechanical, civil, electrical etc at all operational stations.
ü  Keep expenditure on repair and maintenance at minimum threshold but certainly not more than the given targets and ensure to keep the shutdown timings to bear minimum.
ü  Manage the team of area managers and technicians for handling operational matters efficiently.
ü  Ensure staff’s capacity building through constant training modules in coordination with projects HR Department.
ü  Carryout liaison and coordination with govt departments, gas companies and concerned authorities in order to resolve different issues pertaining to project working.
ü  Continuously review existing operational procedures, recommending improvements and methods of implementation of alternatives.
ü  Responsible for proper implementation of HSE policies and standards on the site.

ü Qualifications/Experience Required
ü  B.Sc mechanical Engineering or MBA having substantial relevant experience in CNG operations mainly. Know how of Multifuel operations is a plus.
ü  Strong analytical mind
ü  Excellent communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills.
ü  in depth Knowledge of CNG, LPG and Oil marketing industry, OGRA standards, HDIP and other regulatory mechanisms.
ü  Proficient on relevant computer applications, ERP and knowhow of financial reporting.
ü  Good planner and implementer.

Job Responsibilities:
ü  Supervise all processes during installation of multifuel (LPG, Petrol & Diesel) on the station in order to make the sites operational in the least possible time.
ü  Responsible for Inauguration and commissioning of multifuel site.
ü  Responsible for designing and implementing multi fuel (LPG, Petrol and Diesel) sales Strategy.
ü  Managing annual and monthly/daily sales targets for each station and Cluster Manager.
ü  Manage monthly multi fuel supply chain schedule for distributors.
ü  Manage audits and site safety inspection schedules of the station.
ü  Planning and budgeting of multifuel (LPG, Petrol & Diesel) expense ensuring optimum utilization of resources and exploring market according to the targets.
ü  Responsible for conducting market intelligence of all competitors and other stakeholders.
ü  Ensure proper maintenance of existing stations as per standards set by OGRA.
ü  Lesion and coordinate with Govt. departments, ministries and government authorities in order to resolve different issues pertaining to multifuel (LPG, Petrol & Diesel).
ü  Look after all statutory approvals & liaison with external agencies, renewals of licenses for smooth operation of sites.
ü  Forecast and develop sales plan and measurable key performance indicators for each Area and Station Manager.
ü  Implement staff training and development programs in coordination with HR Department aimed at removing gaps in skills and abilities and in motivating station staff to achieve the operational efficiency.
ü  Maintain stable and honest business dealings with vendors for providing superior service levels.
ü  Continuously review existing operational procedures, recommending improvements and methods of implementation of alternatives.
ü  Responsible for proper Implementation of HSE standards on the site.

ü Qualifications/Experience Required
ü  B.Sc Engineering or MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing and having minimum 06 years of relevant work experience
ü  Strong analytical Skills.
ü  Excellent communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills.
ü  Knowledge of LPG, and Oil Marketing industry, OGRA standards, HDIP and other regulatory standards is must.
ü  Full command on Gantry / Decantation operation.
ü  Full command on resolving supply chain issues.
ü  Must be proficient of working on computers. ERP and knowhow of financial reporting.
ü  Good planner and implementer.

Project Manager (Software Development) - KHI


Job Title : Project Manager (Software Development)
Location : Karachi
Job Type : Permanent
Qualification : MS/ BS in computer science or information systems.
Experience : 5 years+
Job Responsibilities :
  1. Manage teams of Team Leads & software engineers for the activity of software development.
  2. Setup processes to streamline and document communication with client’s development team.
  3. Ensure projects are managed according to a formal project management methodology.
  4. Setup robust processes to ensure delivery of quality work on time.
  5. Give his input in design, development and deployment processes.
  6. Keep Client satisfied with his team output during project development, deployment and support.
  7. Keep his team motivated, and make all team member work actively during project development and deployment.
  8. Maintain a good discipline in his team.
  9. Make monthly report of every team member performance
  10. Perform quarterly performance review for every team member
  11. Manage HR issues within the team, in coordination with HR department.
  1. Work with Architects to ensure that high level estimates are provided to agreed timescales
  1. Work with Team leads to ensure requirements are complete (where possible) and detailed designs developed prior to coding starting
  2. Work with development leads to ensure that plans include writing and executing of unit tests for all functionality
  3. Hold regular team meetings to ensure team members are fully appraised of the wide development picture, agreed milestones and deliver dates
  4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to represent owned content of each release. Where others have responsibility for parts of the plan, encourage ownership and responsibility for updating the plan through regular meetings.
  5. Work with team leads to resource all items on the plan. Ensure critical path analysis is carried out to identify the areas of greatest risk.
  6. Report clearly on project status at agreed regularity, identifying any risk or issues in a timely fashion.
  7. Ensure change requests are estimated and when approved included in the release plans.
  8. Monitor the status Tickets  being raised against owned areas of product through regular conversations with support managers of BAG staff and by querying defect tracking systems.
  9. Take appropriate action on Tickets based on severity guidelines, ensuring items are assigned to team members and that they understand the relative priority of this work over other release work.
  10. Work with team leads where appropriate to put in place development plans for staff members.
  11. Take direct action to ensure team members are engaged and motivated.
  12. Ensure company communications are delivered positively to your team as appropriate
  13. Build good working relationship with Client.
Experience :
  • 5+ years of experience of formal project management in offshore product development and support environment.
  • Experience in Java & J2EE development experience will be preferred.
  • Experience of managing technically focused people and projects, ideally having experience in running multiple technical teams and projects concurrently.
  • Experience of project management using Agile/Scrum methodology will be an advantage
