- All responsibilities of Account keeping.  

Skills:
- She should know about MS Office.
- She should have good English.
- She should know about account keeping and record presentation.
- She must be good with accounting.

Responsibilities:
- The individual will be setting all the appointments.
- She will attend all calls and keep records of them.
- She will be emailing to different people.
- She will keep a note book and note tasks.
- She will be drafting letters.
- She perform reception functions. 

Skills:
- She should know Microsoft Office.
- She should know about drafting.
- She must be good at English.
