OR Zend
OR Code igniter

Should know the following:
Database Architecture, Data Modeling and Normalization
Extensive SQL knowledge (i.e. Linked List)
Ajax, Javascript Experience
Extensive Object Oriented design and Class experience

A Plus but not compulsory:
Amazon EC2/Linux Admin experience
Mem Cache
Doctrine
