• Supervision of manufacturing / packaging of all dosage forms of company’s products in accordance with monographs, in conformity with the laid down procedure under strict GMP compliance.
• Responsible for planning / organizing and controlling all manufacturing and packaging activities as the case may be in order to effectively utilize manpower and machines.
• On the basis of weekly production schedule, organize manufacturing and packaging operation in order to deliver the product on time.
• Assure that all process / relevant SOP’s and its strict compliance duly supports equipment operation.
• Revise / write standard operating procedure for new / existing equipment as the case may be.
• Take responsibility of proper use of machinery ion manufacturing / packaging areas under her charge and notify engineering manager / production manager promptly for any technical fault.
• Responsible for on the job training of the reporting staff so that they carry out their job in most efficient manner.

Qualifications: M.Sc(Chemistry), B.Pharm with at least 3-5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Company( mandatory)
