Senior Officer, Human Resource Department

Responsibilities:

- Conducting new hire orientation sessions;
- Evaluating instructor performance, effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvement;
- Developing testing and evaluation procedures;
- Conducting or arranging for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff;
- Identifying and analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or improve existing programs;
- Developing training manuals and other educational materials;
- Planning, developing, and providing training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops; and
- Assisting in all aspects of talent management which include sourcing, attracting and recruiting qualified candidates.

Requirements:

The successful candidates should have a 4-year Bachelors or Masters degree from an HEC recognized University. The incumbent must have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skill, both verbal and written. S/he must be proficient in MS Office and have understanding of ERP. Previous generalist experience in Training, Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits will be a plus.

- Assisting in the performance appraisal cycle;
- Managing benefits of LUMS employees;
- Making presentations to stakeholders about LUMS benefits;
- Enhancing employee engagement; and
- Helping out in all the operational activities of the functional area.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a 4-year Bachelors or Masters degree from an HEC recognized University. The incumbent must have at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits will be preferable. S/he must be proficient in MS Office.
