One of our Clients is seeking Manager Sales for the following roles.
POSITION TITLE Managers Sales - 12 positions
POSITION BASED IN Karachi – Lahore – Islamabad / Pakistan

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE •
Graduate degree for Senior Consultants & Takaful Sales Consultant.
• Masters degree for Deputy Managers Sales & Managers Sales.
• Exposure to Takaful Sales – Preferable
• Must have good analytical skills.
• A thorough sales man.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Call on prospects to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
• Cold Calling.
