Experience in Automotive Industry will be an added

ü Receiving Customer’s Warranty Cards
ü Entry in Data Base
ü Maintenance of Incentive Plans of Conversion Centers or After
Market on
the basis of records maintained
ü Entertain Queries of Customers and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
ü Coordination with different Departments in order to solve Queries,
giving Feedback to Customers and having regular Follow ups
ü Analysis and Periodic Reporting
ü Development, implementation and finalization of all Customer Care
activities
ü Suggestions for Customer Satisfaction Improvement
ü Coordination with External Organizations in carrying out CSI
(Customer
Satisfaction Index) SurveysProcess Improvement
DESIGNATION : SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
SHIFT : DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS

· Strong communication skills and a proven track record for
developing
quality software products.
· At least 5+ year of experience in designing / building highly
automated 3-tier web-based enterprise class applications.
· Excellent coding skills and experience in all aspects of the
software
engineering life cycle.
· Strong working knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, Vista, SQL
Server, IIS
and .NET technology and infrastructure.
Proficient in Windows OS/server configuration and network infrastructure.
· Working experience with a structured software development life
cycle
and software test practices on medium to large projects.
· Working knowledge of developer tools technologies including
Languages
like SQL, C# and Visual Basic .Net and the .NET Framework, complex XML
Schema,
HTML, and Java script. Ability to understand and modify the configuration
of web
services and other applications.
· Strong working knowledge of SQL Server 2005, Strong SQL Scripts
writing skills, Stored Procedures, SQL Batch Jobs, SQL DTS Packages, and SQL
back-end.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Solid verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly motivated and self-driven. Experience with managing a

SHIFT : DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS

- Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Five or more years of application architecture and/or product
development experience including Microsoft technology suite; Visual Studio
2008/2010, Team Foundation Server, .NET 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET, Windows
Communication
Foundation,
- Windows Workflow Foundation, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server,
WPF/Silverlight/AJAX, and SQL Server 2005/2008.
- Experience working with application design principles and product
configurations.
- Experience working with software development life cycle and client
requirements; Factory patterns; COTS integration; SOA development and
deployment; Enterprise architecture (FEA, FSAM); Defining Architectural
concepts
using UML standards; Architecture tools like System Architect or Enterprise
Architect.
- Familiarity with Service Component Architecture and Service Data
Objects would be a plus, particularly with respect to deployment of web
services
developed under the .NET framework.
- Must be a self starter demonstrating ability to maintain currency
with new technology;
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve
highly complex software design issues and create new software for multiple
products;
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less
experienced personnel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior customers,
management and team members.
