1. Senior Manager IT Dept
Qualifications: MS/MCS/MBA in MIS
Experience : 10 Years of in-depth experience in the field of information technology , The person must possesses the skills of planning,project management and communication along leadership building qualities.
Job Responsibilities:
- 5-8 years experience to support ,develop and monitor ERP solutions like Oracle or SAP
- Identify the leading -edge technology in the filed of IT and adopt it in the benifits of organization.
- Over all Dept administration.
- Evaluate projects for feasibility & present management for approval
- Selection hardware and Software products.
- Estimate /allocate personnel .requirements,budgets,schedule for projects. HR Selection & development IT Dept.
- Evaluation of staff performance.
- Assign projects and tasks to staff
- Monitoring over all progress of the dept
- Over all responsible of interactions with the vendors and other Depts
- Planning of IT budgets and its evaluation etc
- Attend seminars and conferences to updates itself,management and IT staff about future technology changes
- attend /arrange meeting with vendor to purchase /upgrade software and hardware

2. Receptionist(Permanent) :
Education: Graduate
Experience: 3 to 4 years

Answer telephone,provide information to caller, email correspondence ,organize meetings, to maintain reception area, schedule appointments,deal with the quires of customer and public,general administrative support etc

3. Trainee (Mechanical)Engineer in Utilities Dept -(Contractual)
Qualification: BE in Mechanical
Experience:01 Years in same capacity.
Age : 32 yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate & maintain of all utilities equipment including boiler and its auxiliaries,generators, compressors ,high pressure pumps etc.
- Knowledge of computer and relevant terms
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Deal with quires from the management and dept staff
- Prepare letter and documents required and to ensure job knowledge
