HR DIRECTOR – Position with World Leading Food Processing/Packaging Solutions Company in Lahore
"Our client is involved in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) operations and has over 20,000 employees in over 80 countries. HRD will be required to align and deploy HR Strategy and processes effectively across the organization. The role will also be responsible to bring WCM approach in the organization by deploying Education and Training Pillar for a standardized approach on training and long term development. Drive all HR Processes: resourcing, developing and managing people, rewarding, managing employee relations and developing the organization. The position will be full member of the Management Team. Must have good education from an international reputable university with major in HR field, 10 years+ of experience in the areas of developing people, developing & changing organizations, workforce planning and managing employee relations.
