•Supports as required the related civil works, duct blockage clearance and other preparatory/incidental activities associated with cable laying/repair
•Secondary School or equivalent
•Required minimum three (03) years of work experience in same field.
•Valid U.A.E. Driving license prefer.

3 Snr. F.O. Cable Jointer •Interfaces with the other Engineering sections in the unit as required on the cable jobs related to development and maintenance of Fiber Network.

4 Lan Technician •Carries out day to day termination of services as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of customer apparatus / equipment, laying of fiber optic indoor, installation of ONT, migration etc.
•Demonstrates expertise / proficiency.
•Secondary School or equivalent.
•Minimum three (03) years of work experience in same field.
•Valid U.A.E. Driving license prefer.

5 Snr. Lan Technician •Carries out day to day termination of services as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of customer apparatus / equipment, laying of fiber optic indoor, installation of ONT, migration etc.
•Interfaces with the other Engineering sections in the unit as required on the fiber optic laying, replacement, ONT installation and testing of jobs related to development and maintenance of Fiber Network.
•Coordinate with splicing team for testing purpose after completion of work.
•Higher Secondary School or equivalent
•Required minimum three (03) years of work experience in same field.
•Valid U.A.E. Driving license prefer.

6 Account Manager •Builds & manages continuous, proactive customer relationship and ensures customer satisfaction and retention as well as profitable account growth and maximization of sales.
•Oversees entire sales cycle including customer profiling & account planning, lead generation, proposing, negotiating and closing of deals
•Provides thorough after – sales services in order to ensure complete and efficient processing of all customer inquiries/complaints. Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
•6-8 years experience in sales / Key account Management

7 Supply Chain Manager •Oversees the supplier of core material functions in order to ensure that the materials required for the Projects are procured, stored, issued and documented systematically in accordance with the guidelines and procedures.
•Manage the integrated processes among Procurement & contract management, Materials & Logistics, Inventory and outside suppliers to execute the planning / replenishment process for all materials required in the Projects. Monitors the on-going performance of the key supplier against defined objective and updates management as required.
•Bachelor’s Degree
•6-8 years experience in handling / coordinating purchase requirements (except overseas purchases) for a large and prestigious organization.

8 Manager, Project Control & Quality Assurance •Demonstrates expertise in project monitoring and Total Quality Management functions and provides guidance for the implementation of sound Quality systems in the business unit.
•Leads the review of the quality control process, including resource allocation and volume planning. Monitors overall performance of major projects and subcontractors, report progress and escalate issues promptly to appropriate channels.
•Evaluates project outcomes compared to the planned deliverables. Identifies variances from the standard practices and follow up as required to ensure conformance to the prescribed technical standards and procedures. Prepares and submits assessment / recommendations on subcontractors based on QA compliance. Ensures that safety & security guidelines are communicated to all contractors/sub contractors.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering/ IT or equivalent.
•6-8 years experience in monitoring and reporting project deliverables and quality initiatives of telecom projects.

9 Business analysis /IT •This role specifically relates to the Business Analyst of IBM Maximo suite of products, planning design, and implementation of TAMDEED business procedures, workflows and liaison between users and Maximo administrator for bespoke solutions, provide trainings and help desk to Maximo users
•Graduate Degree
•Three years System analysis

10 Administrator /IT •This role specifically relates to the system administration of IBM Maximo suite of products, the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure, integration and bespoke solutions.
•Works as a Maximo Administration services Core MAXIMO product installations and troubleshooting. Design, develop, implement, operate and administer Maximo software.
•Graduate Degree (IT)
•Three years Maximo related experience
