Please find below the details;
1. Acting as a first point of contact for VAC customers handling their communications
2. and queries, and meeting with clients when required. Providing the highest level
3. of customer service, meeting & exceeding needs of both internal and external
4. Customers.
5. To support and pro-actively develop the VAC team (VACT) by adopting a
6. flexible approach to the changing volume activity and further by supporting the VAC operations team and wider still VAC operations during peak and high volumes
7. Processing.
8. To receive and record and where appropriate, satisfy customer for their complaints following agreed procedures.

9. Working as part of an effective VAC team and CFS as a whole and whenever
10. possible and required provide assistance to the VAC operations team in DES/BES, DE and other areas of the business.
11. To proactively support the Business Change & Continuous Improvement process by
12. making suggestions. Involvement in key improvement/change projects as required.
13. Maintaining up to date knowledge of the relevant requirements of the company’s business regulations including changing policies and procedures, adopting to those changes and practices within the defined parameters of the VAC business
