The Position:
The position demands an appropriate combination of education and experience relevant to the nature, scope and accountability of the position. The main responsibilities include planning Human Resources manpower strategy driven from company strategy and designing, developing, implementing and evaluating HR policy and procedures.
Person Specifications:
- MBA/MPA or equivalent from reputed university recognized by HEC.
- Have atleast 15 years experience in core Human Resource functions, including compensation management, performance management and management development.
- Have proven interpersonal, communication and change management skills with a non confrontational approach to resolving issues.
- Strong initiative, analytical skills, excellent leadership and in-depth exposure to performance management, succession planning, compensation review and organizational development.
- Sound understanding of labour laws & industrial relations, statutory laws & regulation.
AGE: Above 45 Years.
