Senior Marketing Research Analyst

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Marketing Research Analyst.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for planning, conducting and analyzing patient satisfaction and demographic surveys for Aga Khan University Hospital and the Secondary Care Hospitals. Suggest out of the box marketing strategies based on information gathered via market intelligence and survey reports and make recommendations and presentations to senior management for effective and timely decision making.

Requirements

* A Master’s degree in Statistics or Economics;
* Market Research experience of over 3 years’ with a reputable institution;
* Excellent communication and report writing skills;
* Expertise with Excel, SPSS/SAS;
* Passion for analyzing consumer behavior, market dynamics and intelligence;
* Ability to plan and conduct market research studies as well as manage efficient analysis of data;
* Ability to build teams and train market research staff.
