Position : Sales Coordinator - Lahore Office Position: 1

Purpose of Role :

Prepare proposal for client’s, Coordination with sales team for preparation of quotations, Follow up with client’s for new business and renewal of old contracts, Coordinate with Help Desk Coordinator for client’s related problems, solutions and prepare sales reports WITH THE OBJECTIVE to achieve business development targets.

Education & Relevant Experience:

Incumbent must be graduate along with 1-2 years of corporate sales experience in service industry preferably in multinational national organization.

Knowledge / Skills:
Market trends, Good knowledge of computer hardware & software, Excellent Coordination skills, Excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Selling skills and Computer skills.


Position : Customer Support Engineer (Desktop PC) - Lahore Office Position: 1

Responsibilities

1. Diagnostics and repair of Desktop PCs
2. Involvement with principal in case of complex problems.

Travel requirements
Might involve travel within Punjab, Mostly within city, however must possess motorcycle

Education/Professional Qualifications
Graduation / DAE – (Electronics / Computer Sciences etc)

Experience & Training almost
Preferably 6 months experience.

Knowledge, Skills, abilities & other traits which help perform adequately
Its is largely a customer facing role. Good communication skills , Confidence and Problem solution attitude is required. Keen to learn and study.
