1. Assistant Manager Costing


Location: Karachi


Reports to: Manager Costing


Qualification/Experience: ACMA with 5 years experience

Job Summary: Handling GIR reconciliation and detailed PPV report internally. Centre-wise depreciation allocation for Plan exercise preparation of Cost.

Principal Duties:
Review & issue of item wise PPV report
Cost center-wise depreciation for Plan
Monthly GIR reconciliation
Batch costing
Help in Standard Cost development
Preparation of manufacturing cost related monthly schedules and reconciliation with the General Ledger
Preparation of monthly manufacturing variance analysis with reasoning on major variances from Plan/Update.Preparation of segment-wise schedules for quarterly, half yearly and annual statutory accounts
Help in Updating Costing SOPs

Key Areas of Accountability:
Correct Reconciliation of GIR
Correct calculation of manufacturing variance

Gross Salary: between 50-60K, Provident Fund, Car Loan of 350K, Pension and Medical for self & family


2. Accounts Officer

Location: Karachi

Qualification: Part 2 Qualified I.C.M.A

Job Summary: Handling of Packing Materials inventories and its JEs, Verification of daily packing materials inventory posting by RMS, Liquid products batch costing & Landed costing of ADD/ADC divisions imported goods.
Principal Duties:

Handle PM inventory & related schedule
Daily edits of PM postings
Batch costing - Liquids
Landed costing of ADD/ADC items
Issuance of PPV report for ADD/ADC purchases

QA inventory schedule
Provisioning of all Clearing Bills

Key Areas of Accountability:

Correct posting of Cost Journal Entries.
Correct liquid products batch costing.
Correct preparation of landed cost of ADD/ADC products & PPV reporting.

Package Details: Gross Salary between 35-45K, Provident Fund, Pension and Medical for self & family.

3. Budgeting and Planning Officer

Location: Rawalpindi

Qualification: Minimum ACMA

Industry Experience: 7-10 years of cost accounting experience in process industry

Should be SAP qualified (From CO Academy Training/ CO and BI Certified Consultant)

SAP experience: CO& BI Implementation 1 life-cycle

Gross salary: 85-125k plus attractive perks and benefits
