Position 1: Director Legal and Company Secretary

[Note: This is a Head of Legal position]

Essential Requirements:
-- Currently working as Head of Legal or one-level below
-- Recent experience at Large Multinational (or similar) Company

Note: Sector (of company where candidate is currently working) is not important
Other Preferred Requirements:
-- LLB (Hons)/ Bar-at-Law/LPC
-- At least 05 years experience as in-house counsel in multi-national
company(ies) or Large Public Sector Organization and minimum 02 years
of additional experience as Head of the in-house Legal Department or
equivalent experience (07 years) in a well known and respected
corporate law firm.
Position Purpose:
To secure overall legal position of the company and its business
interests and to identify and minimize the risk of potential legal
issues though effective legal opinions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance with the corporate regulatory framework.
- To assist the management in carrying out their functions as per
local corporate framework and assist them in strategic decision making
by providing legal support whenever needed.
- To ensure compliance with the latest developments in all applicable
areas of law.
- To review and/or draft all contracts.
- To ensure timely and proper legal opinions/support to all
departments/divisions in the company by adopting a proactive approach
- Manage company litigation.
- To manage protection of the Company’s intellectual property rights
- To set high standards for the performance of legal department with
the objective to provide best in class services and to ensure the
performance of the legal department meets all set KPIs.
- To ensure compliance with prescribed company policies.
- To manage all company secretarial matters and ensure timely
compliance with company law requirements in relation thereto
- To ensure that Company’s Policies are compliant of local laws and to
keep synchronizing them with local law and if required formulating new
policies.
- To ensure adherence to the principles of labor laws.
- To participate in mergers and acquisition activities contemplated by
the company
Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas:
- Knowledge of Labour, Corporate, Merger & Acquisitions, Intellectual
Property and Contract Laws
- Civil and Criminal Procedure

Position 2: Regional Finance Manager

Position Title: Regional Finance Manager
Company Sector: FMCG

Location: Karachi
Salary: About 240K to 250K -- plus 1800cc car

Essential Requirements:
-- ACMA/CA/MBA (Finance), etc
-- Work experience: About 10-12 years for ACMA/CA; and about 12-14 years for MBA (Finance)
-- FMCG experience
-- Experience of managing accounting/preparing financial reports -- for a region
[Note: This position requires reporting anything finance-related, in the region, to CFO]

Job Description:
-- The position manages the accounting function of a business region and the preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results by establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. This role also requires coordination for business planning and reporting operations across territories within the region.

Position 3: Manager Commercial Finance

Position 7: Head of Credit/Risk, Islamabad or Lahore

Essential Requirements:
About 8 to 10 years of risk experience
Risk management experience
Microfinance experience (Must required)

Scope of work:
Oversee loan feasibility, recoveries, entire cycle of reporting, administration, collateral management
Full credit cycle
Initiation, collection, MIS, tax etc
Guiding Management/team on opportunities/segments

Position 8: Head of Branch Operations, Islamabad

Essential requirements:
About 10 – 15 years of experience of banking operations experience required
Experience of managing operations at regional level
Microfinance banking experience preferred
Audit experience preferred
Preferred: Regional Head of Operations for Foreign and Local Banks only
Scope of work:
Oversee banking operations, cash, tellers, reporting etc, General ledger management, State Bank reporting

Position 9: Head of Compliance, Islamabad

Essential requirements:
Compliance experience required
Exposure to banking required
Knowledge of Microfinance banking required
Experience of looking after “Client Acceptance”

Scope of work includes:
All compliances – including related to Money laundry perspective, terrorist financing, etc

Position 10: Manager Financial Transaction Reconciliation & Fraud Management

Location: Islamabad
Salary: 100 – 200K
Job Description:
- Evaluate and approve daily/weekly/monthly receipts reconciliation
reports to ensure consistency of figures in financial information
systems across the company
- Ensure controls over stock management/issuance and audit activities
- Oversee review & approval of GL entries
- Conduct audit and reconciliations of GL entries with source systems
- Minimize business losses by supporting audit & reconciliations among
all financial systems
- Conduct periodic fraud health check of finance operational activities
- Implement various fraud prevention tools including but not limited
to system automation
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to Head of department
- Report fraud related matters to the head of department and recommend
appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Revamp the fraud management processes to ensure business continuity
and appropriate controls at all levels
- Coordinate and liaise with other stakeholders to acquire their
support in performance of fraud management activities
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold an MBA (Finance) degree
- Have 5 to 7 years of experience in Fraud Management
- Be willing to travel throughout the country as and when required

Position 11: Senior Executive Financial Transaction Reconciliation & Fraud Management

Location: Islamabad.
Salary: 80K Max
Job Description:
- Review and submit GL entries to management for approval
- Evaluate daily/weekly/monthly receipts reconciliation reports to
ensure consistency of figures in financial information systems across
the company
- Conduct and support audit/ reconciliations of GL entries with source systems
- Minimize business losses by supporting audit & reconciliations among
all financial systems
- Assist line manager and receipts monitoring team in various fraud
management activities
- Implement various fraud prevention tools including but not limited
to system automation
- Prepare daily/monthly performance report of fraud management
- Ensure verification of sources used for financial entries in
different PMCL systems
- Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold an MBA (Finance) degree
- Have 3 to 4 years of experience in fraud management area
- Be willing to travel throughout the country as and when required
- Be flexible, adaptable, and an active learner
