1.       Web/ Graphics Designer

- Strong Portfolio of Professionally designed Websites

- Expert in Adobe Photo shop, Macro media, Dream Weaver, Flash, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Aesthetics to develop attractive websites.

- Design corporate material including but not limited to websites. logos, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, print ads, brochures, trade show displays, sell sheets, case studies, user interface, business cards, press announcements

- Produce design artifacts for project deliverables, such as annotated mock-ups, wireframes, user interface elements, icons, and hi fidelity prototypes

- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

- Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal

- Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology

- Designing creative and unique web concepts.

Should be capable of understanding the client's needs and requirements

Should be expert in

- Photoshop

- Flash

- Macromedia Flash Action Scripts and Adobe

- Freehand and Corel draw

- WEB 2.0 Design

- FLASH

- XHTM/CSS

Required work experience: Minimum 1 year

2.       PHP/Web Developer:

- Strong background in PHP web programming and its variants such as OsCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, ZenCart, Smarty, Symfony etc

- Additional experience in .NET (specifically, C# and ASP .NET) is preferred

- Understanding of common design patterns, algorithms, and object oriented programming.

- Excellent understanding of how the web works at protocol and standards level.

- Will be required to take customer requirements (which are often vague) and create solutions using your creative talents.

- Must be able to write code that has minimal bugs and may be required to write automated unit/functional tests.

- Knowledge of front end coding such as HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and XML.

- Awareness of Web Server Technologies such as IIS 5/6, Apache and software development tools (i.e. DreamWeaver, Flash and Visio)

- Strong SQL skills especially using MySQL with web technologies.

Required work experience: Minimum 1 year

3.       SEO Expert:

- Conduct keyword research using various tools for design, content and coding practices.

- Consult with creative, design and development teams to recommend search-friendly standards and best-practices.

- Partner with Web Analysts and Content Team to review key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple web domains to evaluate     existing Web content and experiences.

- Clear understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing & pay-per-click advertising

- Proven search engine optimization experience and skills and experience required.

- Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/AJAX coding practices

- Proficient in the use of MS-Office suite

- Excellent Internet and computer skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-directed when confronted with support issues

- Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits.
