Office Coordinator
Gogi Studios is looking for energetic and dianamic personality for the position of Office Coordinator details ar e given below.
Purpose of the position:
To be responsible to supervise the office staff including hiring, training, and supervising. Position will develop, implement and oversee office automation systems and processes for the studios so it runs efficiently and provides good customer service.
Job Spesification of Office Coordinator:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of standard office practices and equipment.
3. Functional usage of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and ability to learn additional programs.
4. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and/or database software. Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, and managerial skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
5. Ability to manage a complex office environment for effectiveness and efficiency.
6. Positive character and attitude with customers and coworkers.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a command of business English and spelling.
8. Ability to work independently and exhibit good judgment and initiative in performing job functions.
9. candidates having 2 years of office management experience will be preferred.
10. he/she should be based in twin cities and should be mobile.
Key duties/responsibilities of Office coordinator:
1. Composes and prepares correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations, prepares minutes, and maintains appropriate files.
2. Maintain an accurate record for all inventory items (i.e., products and materials).
3. Communicate both informally and formally in scheduled meetings with management, subordinates and peers.
4. Assure all contracts and quotations are documented and delivered properly.
5. Provides recommendations for department goals, policies and procedures, budgets, statistical reports, and process improvements.
6. Assigns, prioritizes, and distributes work assignments, and reviews work performed by office staff.
7. maintain schedule of CEO on daily bases.
8. performance evaluation of staff on monthly bases.
9. keep record of attendance of the workers.
10. manage and coordinate activities related to official events.
Remuneration:
Will be finalized after 10 days of evaluation.
