Lead the team to provide facility maintenance services to the client as per SLA with focus on customer satisfaction and comply with the agreed financial and other targets. Must have excellent communication and administrative skills. Applicant must have good experience of maintaining utility equipment. Will be required to... Develop and maintain a close working relationship with client? Deliver and demonstrate a solid understanding and application of the contract? Maintain regular communication and engagement with the Client? Ensure that all reporting requirements are met? Actively involved in Facility Planning and Projects as required? Oversee operation and maintenance to ensure the service delivery meet KPI and SLA in all three branches? Develop and monitor necessary policies, procedures and encourage operational excellence? Demonstrate a sound understanding and application of current legislation, environmental and quality related issues? Ensure that people related responsibilities e.g. recruitment, discipline, performance management, people development etc. are fully discharged? Responsible for the Profit and Loss performance of the Account by maintaining appropriate data?
