Regional Sales Manager - Accessories
The
employer is a worldwide operating company in the telecommunication and
accessories sector. The company is a leading global producer of cordless phones
and market leader in DECT phones ranked in the top 5 globally!
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in the following:
· Manage Sales and develop new sales channels in Saudi Arabia and Egypt
· Manage and increase the business volume in Oman, Bahrain and
Qatar
· Ensure successful implementation of targeted business revenue in
Saudi Arabia and Egypt
· Ensure to achieve business target in Oman ,Qatar and
Bahrain
· Coordinate with operators in KSA / UAE to create new business
opportunities in cordless /VoIP phone
· Plan successful Business Target for each country every year.(i.e. KSA
/ Egypt)
· Arrange competitor information for KSA , Egypt ,Oman ,Bahrain and
Qatar.
· Value chain of each product for respective
countries
· Discuss stock position with each distributor on weekly or fortnightly
basis.
· Plan/Follow up for order planning as per BTA on the basis of stock
out calculation
· Coordinate with marketing team to discuss marketing activities/sales
out planning.
· Coordinate with product manager for country specific position of each
product.
· Coordinate with PM for VR process.
· Develop successful sales team.
· Plan market visit on quarterly basis for each
country.
· Coordinate and executing training session for
distributors.
·
Setting
up prices for Retail market and coordinate with
distributors.
·
Coordinate
with operators, handling submission of RFQ and offered products for various
proposals.
Necessary
Competencies
·
More
than 10 years of sales and technical support experience in telecom products and
accessories industry in the MENA region.
·
Thrive
in both independent and collaborative work environments
·
Energetic
and self-motivated team player / builder with strong problem solving skills
·
Customer
oriented approach to maximise business and achieved organisational goals
·
Good
analytical and communication skills
·
Strong
interpersonal skills to interact with different nationalities and excel in a
multi-cultural environment.
·
Strong
technical background in field of IP communication and Enterprise
portfolio.
