EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to DIRECTOR
required for a Karachi (PAKISTAN) based high tech, fast paced Telecom organization.
Academic Qualification:
O/A Levels, Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
8 - 10 Years relevant experience with reputed organizations
Gender:
Female (Only)
Age Limit:
35 – 45
Required Skills:
1. Excellent English Communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Full command over complete MS Office, Outlook and Internet
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Fully organized and resourceful
5. Aggressive and self motivated
6. Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
7. Typing speed minimum 40 wpm along with shorthand skills
8. Prior experience of working in a technological company will be an added advantage
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Drafting responses (emails, formal letters etc.) to Local & International clients
2. Maintaining Correspondence logs to ease retrieval
3. Effectively handling Calls, Appointments etc. while effectively maintaining logs
4. Independently arranging meetings and conferences (local/international)
5. Coordination with Department heads on corporate plan actions and other business related matters
6. Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
7. Processing visas, booking flights, making travel and hotel arrangements
8. Coordinating with Suppliers and Vendors (if required)
9. Maintaining confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information and performing related duties as assigned.
10. Ensuring that the Directors office is running smoothly.
Remuneration:
Ideally between 35 K to 55 K, however negotiable
