Position Title: Manager Treasury - Corporate Finance

The ideal candidate should:
-- Hold MBA degree from a reputed local university (CFA candidates will be preferred)
-- Have 7-8 years of work experience with minimum three years telecom treasury experience
Job Description:
-- Be responsible for forecasting and meeting funding requirement of the organization by looking at various possible avenues within local & offshore market
-- Review all financing agreements in coordination with internal & external legal counsel at the time of renewal of facilities or placement of new facilities
-- Review documentation requirement in result of financing facilities and ensure timely compliance to all requirements
-- Ensure timely debt servicing by using swift and efficient means with an aim to bear minimum cost of funds
-- Coordinate with local and offshore rating companies for annual/quarterly rating update
-- Manage investments of provident fund balance of company employees to ensure maximum return with minimum risk
-- Carry out review and compliance of all monthly and quarterly reporting
-- Prepare quarterly investor relations report
-- Provide support to inter departments through provision of various reports and information
-- Ensure compliance of all the requirement of lenders in form of various monthly reports and documentation with regards to facilities
-- Ensure compliance with the financial risk management policy of the company by actively engaging in the currency and money market
Essential Skills:
-- Should have strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills

-- Hold a master's degree preferably MBA-Finance
-- Have 5 years of work experience with minimum two years of experience in trade finance in a telecommunication company or a bank.
Job Description:
-- Manage letter of credit, import contract issuance; amendments and retirement of trade instruments for imports
-- Oversee bank guarantee & shipping guarantee management; issuance, extension and cancellation
-- Coordinate with banks for trade related processes following letter of credit; import contract, bank guarantee & letter of guarantee issuance
-- Manage exchange rate negotiations and stay up to date on information related to Forex markets.
-- Review services contracts and provide feedback to various departments on relevant areas
-- Coordinate with State Bank of Pakistan and software export board for registration approvals for payments against services contracts
-- Coordinate with stakeholders within and outside the company to oversee treasury and trade reporting
-- Handle purchase order reviews according to company standard payment terms
