Reporting - Document Control Officer - KSA

One of our Clients is looking for Reporting - Document Control Officer for the following role.  
POSITION TITLE Reporting - Document Control Officer

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE·          University Degree with minimum 5 Years relevant experience in large telecommunication projects Control.
·          Strong in both written and spoken English language.
·          Strong MS Office skills, use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
·          Experience of managing small databases an advantage.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES·          Acquire a full understanding of the project schedule  and project deliverables for the assigned Project
·          Support the production of reports as specified by the Project Control Manager, quality checks all reports prior to release to team.
·          Coordinate with the relevant parties (HQ, Districts, Regions, etc) to ensure that project progress data is accurate and received in a timely manner.
·          Follow-up progress of activities within area of responsibility.
·          Report to Project Control Manager  or his delegate on
·          progress of work in the Project.·          Perform all tasks and activities based on KPIs and performance levels communicated by the Project Control Manager.
