One of our Clients is looking for Head of Marketing for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          Masters degree from a reputable college or university preferably in Marketing with 12+ years related experience in Telecom or FMCG on a similar role.
MAJOR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
·          Great understanding and sense for consumer behavior and perceptions.
·          Extensive experience forging strategic alliances to support business model.
·          Creative, energetic marketing and branding expert with high business acumen.
·          Result orientated, initiative and drive, making sure the job is done

·          High Analytical skills
·          Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
·          High Creativity & Problem solving skills
·          Extremely high Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (With strengths in Power point / Excel / MS Project).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          Work closely with partners, practice group leaders and senior management to define an integrated strategy, refine the brand, strengthen marketing and communications infrastructure and build and implement advanced business development functions designed to achieve revenue targets set by the company.   
·          Prepare, implements and administers overall                  marketing strategy together with global marketing unit, practice group leaders and senior business management.
·          Look at business issues & opportunities objectively and must be able to develop & execute plans to address those issues & opportunities.
·          Definition of marketing tactical plans for each product area in order to ensure that tactical plans reflect strategic objectives.
·          Works with general management level and management to establish the infrastructure needed to support channel partners.
·          Involved with the development and implementation of strategies and programs used by the sales department to maximize revenues.
·          Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results
·          Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
·          Prepare and manage the overall marketing and business development budget
·          Reviews market research to identify existing opportunities of profit.
·          Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including:
·       External communications and systems
·       Internal communications and systems
·       Public relations efforts
·       External vendors and consultants
·         Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
·         Assist with and support firm’s involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
·         Manages the company’s marketing communications and web marketing activities as necessary.
·         Develop and implement the operational plans, programs and policies in line with the approved Business Plan to ensure attainment of the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
·      Service Revenues (Total Annual Revenues and ARPU)
·      New Products/Service Introductions (including pricing and positioning)
·          Provides Innovation Programs and recommendations to strategically enhance business performance.
·          Keeps abreast in latest market and consumer trends and competitor activity and drive business strategies to address threats and opportunities.
·          Support the board in key decision-making processes to ensure the Company and its mission, brand, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong and positive image to relevant stakeholders thereby positioning the company in the marketplace in compliance with the strategic direction of the Board/Group.
