URGENTLY REQUIRED-HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER –KARACHI
A renowned Multinational business oriented Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a HR MANAGER. The incumbent must have capability to develop and implement the Human Resources strategy in order to meet Organization objectives
Responsibilities:
• To develop key HR policies and procedures
• To manage Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Functions
• Training & Development Functions
• Recruitment & Selection Functions
• Administration & IR functions
• Manage the human resources budget as appropriate
• Research, initiate and develop policies, procedures and systems to achieve the organisation’s objectives; monitor and review effectiveness and recommend change as necessary
• Contribute to the development of strategies for all matters relating to Human Resources, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment and practice
• Lead, motivate and develop Human Resources team members to achieve the section’s objectives and to ensure a high quality responsive service to meet internal customer requirements
Skills :
• Well acquainted with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good Presentation Skill
Qualification: MBA(HR)/MPA/ Equivalent foreign degree in Human Resource
Age : 30-35 Years
Gender: Male
Experience : At least 5-7years hands-on experience of HR functions and policies.
Ability to run the department independently.
Salary : Very attractive+Allowance+ other benefits upon confirmation such as membership in Provident Fund as well as entitlement for OPD and Hospitalization policy as per company policy
