Position: Store Manager (Karachi) 

Looking for an extremely talented individual for a renowned international food and confectionary franchises in Karachi.

Candidates from Mc Donalds, KFC, Dounkin Doughnuts, Espresso and from same industry will be the best fit for this role.

Experience: 1-2 years and if the candidate has more then 2 years then it's plus point

Job description:

*Recruitment & Training

*Salary handover

*Stock/inventory control

*Closing of both shops

*Cash handling

*Ensuring everything runs smoothly

*Daily random audits and spot checks

*Ensuring staff are not stealing, wearing uniforms

*Ensuring kiosk looks good and maintenance is always up to date

*Meeting new malls 

*Liaising with mall management

*Ensuring rent is paid on time

*Strategy - keeping an eye out on new potential locations

*Traveling in the country to visit all outlets

*Cash flow management

*Sweet Factory cash flow management

Other Skills:

*Candidates know regarding stock count and to implement systems

*Someone on which MD/owner can rely on with the initiative to do things themselves without being told.

*Someone educated, good - looking (if it's a female she should be very well spoken, dressed, must look good and have brains too!), strong, willing to do hard work and not just boss people around like most managers (managers need to set by example), willing to get their hands dirty, also be able to meet owners of malls and high level people, well-traveled, knows how to talk to people, honest, hard-working etc. Someone who can treat these businesses as their own.
