Lahore Stock Exchange Ltd. (LSE) after its demutualization is in the process of implementing the plan for segregation of its commercial and regulatory functions. LSE offers the position of Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) who shall be the head of Regulatory Affairs Division and responsible for enforcement and compliance of the regulatory frame work of the Exchange specifically in the following areas:

• Trading Right Entitlement Certificate Holder Affairs 
• Listing/Company Affairs -Surveillance, Monitoring and Risk Management 
• Enforcement and Compliance -Investors Complaints, Arbitration and Litigation 
• Liaison between the Exchange and SECP on Regulatory Affairs

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be self motivated and well versed with the regulatory, surveillance, monitoring and risk management functions of the capital markets, financial institution and other regulatory entities and legal service industry. The candidate should possess post graduate degree in law or MBA or related professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CFA/JD) or equivalent degree and relevant experience of at least 15 years including 5 years experience on a senior position. The position shall be on a 3 years contract basis subject to satisfactory annual review.
