Manager Customer Care:

Job Description:

The candidate will be based at our Head Office (Karachi). His core responsibilities will be to look after, supervise & manage the entire customer care centers across Pakistan & to ensure quality customer care services up to entire satisfaction of our valued customers in a pleasant atmosphere. Our customer care centers are located in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta & Faisalabad.

Required Gender:

Male (only) within age bracket of 25 to 35

Requirements:

Academics:

B.E (Electronics) coupled with M.B.A from a reputed business institution with majors in Marketing.

Experience:

5 year working experience out of which atleast 3 year should be of managerial level of some reputed company.

Required Skills:

Good communication as well interpersonal skills

Excellent administrative, leadership as well managerial skills

Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, Internet), especially MS-Excel

Excellent report writing skills

Must have good negotiation, motivation skills & confident
Flexible, sharp, well-mannered, soft-spoken

Can work under pressure & meet deadlines.


Salary Package:

Assistant Manager (Procurement Department) (Head Office/Karachi):


Job Description:

To handle import matters (liaison with principals, shipping line, preparation of all import documents, negotiation with principals & handling of procurement matters.

Require Gender:

Male/Female (25-35 years)

Requirements:
Academics:
At least B.Com, however; preference will be given to M.B.A (Finance & Marketing)

Experience:

Minimum 2 year of post study work experience for graduates (B.Com) & 1 year for M.B.As is required of relevant job. Candidate should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated. Have exposure to international purchase

Required Skills:

Good communication as well interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical & computer skills

Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, Internet), especially MS-Excel

Can handle procurement matters in well manner

Should have sound knowledge of import matters
Must have good negotiation skills & confident.
Flexible, sharp, well-mannered, soft-spoken

Remuneration & Other Perks:


18 K to 20 K. Yearly bonuses, medical facility, provident fund & leave encashment as per company policy.


Telephone Operator/Receptionist (Female):


Required Qualification: Intermediate

Good communication skills & experience of operating PABX system is a must.

She should be soft-spoken, well-mannered with pleasant personality, possess good communication skills, sound IT skills with hands-on experience of PABX system. Can operate fax machine & photo copier also. She should be punctual, regular & task-oriented.

Resident of Saddar, Lines Area, Garden, Civil Lines, I.I Chundrigar Road, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Jacob Lines, PIB Colony, Tower & Nazimabad will be preferred.
