JOB DESCRIPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS;
Acting as a first point of contact for VAC customers handling their communications
and queries, and meeting with clients when required. Providing the highest level
of customer service, meeting & exceeding needs of both internal and external
Customers.

To support and pro-actively develop the VAC team (VACT) by adopting a
flexible approach to the changing volume activity and further by supporting the VAC operations team and wider still VAC operations during peak and high volumes processing.

To receive and record and where appropriate, satisfy customer for their complaints following agreed procedures.

Working as part of an effective VAC team and CFS as a whole and whenever possible and required provide assistance to the VAC operations team in DES/BES, DE and other areas of the business.

To proactively support the Business Change & Continuous Improvement process by making suggestions. Involvement in key improvement/change projects as required.

Maintaining up to date knowledge of the relevant requirements of the company’s business regulations including changing policies and procedures, adopting to those changes and practices within the defined parameters of the VAC business

To ensure confidentiality of customer records at all times thereby ensuring adherence to Data Protection Regulatory requirements and protecting the interests of our customers
