"One of our Clients is looking for Assistant Manager Maintenance for the following role. POSITION TITLE Assistant Manager Maintenance POSITION BASED IN Karachi – Pakistan CLIENT'S DETAIL MNC Pharma GENDER Equal Opportunity Employer PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE • B.E – Mechanical with 3-4 years experience in a maintenance role ideally with a Pharmaceutical or an FMCG • Proven supervisory skills with hands on management approach. • Ability to implement policies and procedures whilst ensuring their compliance is adhered to at all times PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage facilities, machines and safety management within the company, and ensure that the rules and disciplines are well implemented in maintenance team • Facilitate the Line Manager to implement the standard preventative maintenance system • Arrange routine service and repair of all machines to ensure minimum downtime and maximum operating efficiency • maintain all the facilities under good status and take prompt & proper actions when a problem existed • Ensure that root cause analysis is robustly completed for machine, equipment failure and implement agreed improvements to a system or to the machine/equipment in a timely manner • Maintain machine/equipment files and drawings • Assist the heads in all safety aspects of site works which includes the fire system • Make sure that works are realized in accordance with safety regulations and safety practices and ensure that used machines, equipments and tools are in conformity with safety requirements • Other assignments by operations manager Please send your resume at Farrukh.siddiqui@eswpak.com / jobs@eswpak.com before 25th April 2011 in WORD FORMAT.
