Job Summary & Specific Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The candidates will assume challenging roles in Programs, Grants, Monitoring & Evaluation, Finance & Administration, Human Resources, & Information Technology departments and will assist departmental heads in day to day functioning of respective departments.

Qualifications / Experience
• A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, public administration, economics, agricultural economics, rural development or other relevant degrees. For candidates applying for positions in finance & administration and grants management departments, professional accounting / audit designations (including part-qualified) like CA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CIA etc. will be considered a plus.
• Minimum experience of 10 years for Senior Managers; 6 years for Managers; and 3 years for
Assistant Managers, is required in one of the following departments:

Programs: Experience of working in planning, designing, implementation and monitoring of SME & Agribusiness development programs or similar interventions in donors-funded projects, with reputed local or international NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations. Experience of working under international donors funded projects will be a plus.

Grants Administration: Experience of working in any of the following domains: analysis of grant funding applications, sub-awards & contracts management, compliance of donor rules & regulations; procurement, solicitation, contracting, and award administration (grants, cooperative agreements and contracts), financial / business analysis of SMEs / Agribusinesses, SME and agriculture lending and related development programs in donors-funded projects, with reputed local or international NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations. Experience of working under international donors funded projects will be a plus.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Experience of the designing, development and implementation of a comprehensive, efficient and effective system of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in SME & Agribusiness development programs or similar interventions in donors-funded projects, with reputed local or international NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations. Experience of working under international donors funded projects will be a plus.

Finance & Administration, Human Resources (HR), & Information Technology (IT):
Experience of working in any of the following domains: accounting, finance, corporate affairs, taxation, reporting, business planning and budgeting, human resources (HR), administration, and information technology (IT). Experience of working under donors-funded
projects, with reputed local or international NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations will be an added advantage. Experience of working under international donors funded projects will be a plus.
• Computer literacy with demonstrated use of word processing, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, Power Point etc).
• Excellent writing and communications skills in English required.
