INTERN HR, Marketing and Business Development
It’s a 6 month Internship + Management Trainee program leading to a permanent position subject to a performance appraisal.
This Internship + Management trainee program would give you an opportunity to work on real time projects which would help you enhance your personal plus professional skills and abilities.
Intern Responsibilities:
• Track progress, deadlines and priorities of project.
• Receive training and perform duties of several departments, namely, Sales, Operations, IT, & Client service.
• Set performance goals with the upper management.
• Form strategies to ensure successful project work.
• Manage day to day operations of a project.
• Interacting and building relationships with clients and follow-up with necessary.
• Assist in making marketing plans for events, products and services.
• Track and report to the supervisor about daily tasks.
• Advising and discussing special promotions.
• Suggest areas for improvement with possible solutions
Required skills and abilities:
• He/ she must be able to make independent decisions.
• Should be a team player.
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• A quick learner and a problem solver.
Education & Qualification: Graduate with majors in HR or Marketing.
