Salary & Benefits: 180K to 220K negotiable + car+ relocation benefit if candidate is not from Karachi.
Responsibilities / Job Description:
•Ownership of the business plan to deliver the Key Business Driver and Retail Performance Standards to the CBD organization.
•Develop initiative action plans for Brand initiatives. Works with the MS&P MANAGER and Demand Manager to establish priorities, estimate volume and integrate into the Corporate Initiative Master Plan (CIMP).
•Provides CBD and Customer expertise as member of the Brand Business team. Leverage leadership and problem solving skills to ensure both CBD and Brand expectations are met.
•Provides input into list price change planning focusing on the analysis of competitive activity, pricing strategy and its effect on CBD Fundamental expectations and volume.
•Owns the development of a recommended Brand BDF rate and payout/limits which will deliver Brand goals and has CBD alignment.
•Provides CBD perspective in development of Brand annual, monthly and initiative sales forecasts Provides principles to volume planner for use in developing Brand volume goals for each brand.
•Provides input into design/development of marketing events/promotions to meet Brand requirements while ensuring alignment with CBD strategies/priorities. Seeks field input and Management approval as required.
•Leads/owns development of CBD strategy and selling tools for concepts, BDF pricing, shelf, initiatives and promotions.
•Identifies information to be collected as part of competitive activity process. Participates in analysis of competitive information and development of appropriate responses. Is the initial point of contact for all functions requiring field inquiries on competitive activity.
