QA experience of large scale web based projects/products is preferred
At least 4 years experience as Quality Assurance Engineer
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Software
Engineering/Project Management.
Skills Required:
-In depth experience of writing and executing test plans and testing of all types (functional, installation, acceptance,
browser compatibility, load, stress, performance, volume, regression testing).
- In depth experience of using testing tools for test plans and test cases management.
- Has to be very good in documentation, has to create test cases, test schedules, release notes, test plans, excellent
in SQL queries, tracing logs, reporting bugs, documenting bugs.
- Must be able to create test scripts; understanding of Watir etc
- In depth experience of automated testing of web based applications.
- Extensive experience in writing and executing automated testing scripts is required.
- Ability to manage a testing team and experience of defining QA processes and their implementation. Experience of
defining Agile testing processes.
- Should be excellent in SQL queries, tracing logs, reporting bugs, documenting bugs. Proven communication skills.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical competence and problem solving skills.
- Ability to participate in multiple concurrent projects, offering Quality Assurance services across a number of projects.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of SDLC and software quality assurance methodologies / practice.
- Experience testing with client / server, .NET and web technologies (AJAX based) is an advantage.
