REQUIRED- BUSINESS SALES MANAGER –KARACHI
A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Distribution Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a BUSINESS SALES MANAGER. The incumbent must have capability to build and lead an effective Field Force team in order to make organization profitable, maximize sales and market share growth.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets by individual territory and region.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
• Enhance customer service and establish good relationship with Principals in order to strengthen business.
• Direct all sales activities for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit.
• Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Train, motivate and develop the field force to continually improve performance.
• Focus and drive to achieve targets, budget and results.
• Optimum utilization of resources to improve the retail strength.
• Stimulate and develop activities (other than individual relationships) that support relationship building and drive sales of allocated Principal’s Products.
• Ensure timely hiring (if there are any vacancies), continuity/loyalty in sales teams.
• Managing and Supervising 10-15 Territory Managers.
Skills :
• Well acquainted with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Target oriented and demonstrate successful track record
• Financial know-how of Budgeting, Costing and Sales Planning
Qualification: MBA( Marketing)/ Equivalent foreign degree in Sales & Marketing
Age : 30-35 Years Gender: Male
Experience : Worked in Sales on Supervisory/ Managerial Position for about 4-5years
(Sales, Training or Trade marketing in FMCG or Pharma, or similar position)
Salary : 60k-70k+10k Car Allowance+ other benefits upon confirmation such as membership in Provident Fund as well as entitlement for OPD and Hospitalization policy as per company policy
