Business Development Support Analyst
The Resource Group (TRG) is Pakistan’s largest provider of BPO services with 4 locations in Karachi and Lahore. The company operates over 20 sales and operations offices and employs over 5,000 people worldwide. TRG provides Fortune 1000 companies with unparalleled support for their Operations, Finance, Sales, and Administration functions.
The Business Development Support Analyst will be based out of TRG’s Karachi offices and will work directly with TRG’s executive business development team in the US and support them in the sales support process.

Note: this is not a client or customer facing role.

Responsibilities:
• Create written responses to global business RFPs/tenders/RFIs in support of new business development activities
• Create and maintain automated repository of sales support and marketing collateral to be used for business development purposes
• Create PowerPoint presentations, brochures, corporate overview documents, case studies, white papers and other marketing collateral for the global sales team
• Maintain sales pipeline and report for tracking and measuring business development progress
• Assist in designing and creating websites, e-platforms and social media programs for sales and marketing
• Support global sales managers by responding to requests for customer-specific and deal-specific data and assisting in document formatting and presentation design

Qualifications and Skills:
• Completed university degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a sales or business development role a plus; Experience in the IT industry a plus
• Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent English communication skills
• Creative design ability preferred; proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, etc. a plus

Position details:
• Working hours: 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time Zone (5pm to 2am Pakistan Time)
• Location: Karachi only
• Package is commensurate with qualification and skill set and is adjusted for working hours and fast-paced nature of the job
