Job Purpose
:

To manage clients for a specific industry
and facilitate the clients in acquiring the best resource for vacant positions.
The incumbent will create value by sourcing, evaluating and assisting the
client in end-to-end recruitment process.

Principal
Accountabilities:
·
Responsible to manage recruitment needs
of clients for a specified sector.
·
Take ownership of the sector and
prioritize the positions accordingly to ensure the achievement of targets.
·
Source appropriate talent against vacant
positions from various available sources. Evaluate and assess candidates before
sharing profiles with the candidates.
·
Ensure that all screened resumes are
parked in the database appropriately with correct tags.
·
Ensure that the service we provide to
your clients is top notch. The parameters for quality will include quality of
candidates, formatting of resumes, promptness of response and sensitivity.
