Position: Product Manager
Reporting to: Business Manager
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Key Responsibilities:
To identify and suggest new molecules for international market through continuous market, customer and competitors survey and diseases area.
Prepare the marketing plan of each product, which includes the market analysis, disease area, SWOT analysis, promotional strategies and action plan.
To look after the marketing aspects, its strategies and promotional mix of the assigned products.
Provide and ensure support to field force for the implementation of developed and agreed marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with business development department for development of new product and its portfolio.
Coordinate with business unit manager for arranging CME’s and its related activities. Develop and monitor post CME’s activities and suggest action plan.
Provide training to field force on assigned products along with updates on product related studies.
Act as a contact person for competitor analysis and develop counter strategies for assigned products
Respond to customer queries related to the assigned products.
Develop and follow-up quarterly action plans and provides continuous support to field force for implementation of these action plans.
Educational Qualification:
MBBS / B. Pharmacy and /or MBA in Marketing
Must have passed with A grade or equivalent from an accredited University / College
MBA is preferred from IBA or CBM
Experience:
5 years to 6years
Must have worked at least 2-3 years at APM position
NOTE: Excessive International Traveling required (up to 15 days in a month)
