CSR Required [Customer Support Representative]
Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills is required. The candidate must also have sound IT knowledge to troubleshoot software and deal with technical issues. The candidate will be required to:

- Provide technical assistance for hosting services via email and telephone.
- Managing customer support and sales related queries on phone and web based support desk system.
- Handling feedback & suggestions and forwarding them to concerned departments.

Required Skills:

- Good command over written English
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Support
- Good typing Speed
- Command over MS Office tools (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work with the team.
