Minimum Qualification: MBA (in Marketing)

Required Experience: 2+ years relevant experience in corporate customer services in a prestigious organization

Salary Range: 40k to 50k (depends on experience)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• To develop relation aligned with Organization's & their corporate clients.

• Actively coordinate with other departments for implementation and resolution of corporate clients complaints.

• Analyze customer trends and information to help make improvements in corporate proposals

• Interact frequently with key account holders on daily basis

• Achieving company objectives by visiting corporate customer

Location: Regional Office in Karachi

• Proficient in MS Office

• Highly Creative

• Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)
