• Strong career and academic record
• International accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, or CPA. Candidates awaiting results of final examination (for CA and ACCAs only) may also apply provided they just have one or maximum two papers to qualify.
• 4+ years experience in External Auditing with Big four Firms. Non Big 4 firm candidates, please do not apply. International secondment experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in the financial services or a telecommunication industry is an asset.
• Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. Ability to work under extreme pressure.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships
• Assuming responsibility for components of engagements and contributing to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Ability to develop and motivate audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.
• Positive and ambitious attitude.
• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
• The ability to travel to client sites as required by this position.
