Urgently require candidates for an HR Generalist role, having 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in Compensation & Benefits management and hands on experience of Performance Management. He/she must possess excellent communication, MS Excel Skills, Analytical and number crunching skills and should be an MBA in HR.
