A reputed MNC is urgently required following opening;
HR Specialist will provide HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
MBA HR Male with at least 2-3 years functional experience in a reputable organization. All inclusive salary 20-22K/month
1. Conduct interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepare Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
2. Conducts exit interview
3. Conduct orientation program to new employees
4. Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary
5. Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
6. Organize corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc
7. HR Administration
8. Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, medical records, performance appraisal form and training schedules
9. Involve in yearly manpower planning and expansion
10. Assist in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter
11. Administer the HR procedures are adhered to.
12. Monitor monthly payroll and yearly appraisal forms for employees
13. Supervise the day-to-day operations of payroll and personnel administration and develop efficient systems and procedures.
14. In conjunction with managers, maintain and review Position Descriptions.
15. Manage the performance review process.
16. Strategic HR planning.
17. Support relevant managers/supervisors in the resolution of grievances raised by employees and or relevant departments.
18. Ensure information systems are workable, effective and efficient.
19. Coordinate with Dubai/Memphis for all HRM related matters such as GSP Cards, GSP News, and HR updates.
Payroll administrator will be responsible for all function related to Payroll and relevant aspects.
Graduate with financial/accounting background Male with at least 2-3 years functional experience in a reputable organization. All inclusive salary 16-18K/month
1. Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 450 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
2. Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor" home" work, overtime, leave balances, head count, reimbursements and employee contribution reports)
3. Handle the administration of the nationwide electronic timekeeping system and staff attendance. Setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's charges, monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service
4. Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with HR policies
5. Deal with company approved financial institute, for bank account opening and closure.
