Specific Requirement:
building customer's interest in the vehicle / spare parts offered by the company
provide personalized customer service of the highest level
update the existing database with changes and the status of each customer/ prospective customers
to serve as a bridge between company and customer/ client
candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree/ college degree, post graduate diploma / masters degree
at least one year or more in call / contact centers, online businesses IT industry, knowledge about online / automotive industry
average to excellent communication skills
has basic knowledge with computer operations and internet connections
