One of our Clients is looking for Senior Manager Corporate Sales for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE • Masters degree in Business or Engineering from a reputed institute with 8-10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with strong consumer research & analysis Experience
• Experience in designing and implementing procedures
• Experience in management & control
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Results oriented mindset
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for managing sales of corporate products and services.
• Involved in designing sales & marketing strategy with guidelines from the management
• Takes care of support and provisioning issues of corporate accounts.
• Responsible for building strong relationship with Corporate Clients to ensure they continue to avail the facilities and services.
• Design Corporate Products & Services
• Design and sell Corporate Products & Services to Multinationals, Financial Institutions, Banks, Govt., Local companies and telecom sector as ICT Services provider.
• Design Sales & Marketing Strategy that can compliment corporate services with guidelines from the region.
• Carry out Corporate Marketing and Promotions with respect to Market point of View.
• Gather Customer Feedback
• Gather customer Feedback for proper positioning of company’s products for optimal performance with maximum benefit to the corporate Customers.
• Build strong relationship with Corporate Clients to ensure they continue to avail company’s services.
• Liaison with CS & PD teams.
• Gather support from Product and support Managers of CS& PD in providing solutions to the corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunity along with solving current pending support problems.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Undertake performance management:
• Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
