A Health Insurance   Company  is looking for highly motivated candidates for its product sales on   following all over Pakistan based locations.

 POSITION TITLE: Health Consultant (Country Office, Karachi)

 

EDUCATION: Inter/Graduate

Experience: 6 months to 2  years Product  Sales experience in any Life Insurance / Pharma/Bank/Telecom or FMCG   Product Sales.

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 40

Karachi(10), Hyderabad(5),Nawabshah(4),Sukker(4), Lahore(4),Gujernawala(4),Gujrat (4), Kosor(4), Okara(4),Multan(4),Sailkot(4),Rawalpindi(4), D.G Khan(4)

 

 SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

 

Responsible for achieving assigned individual health insurance sales target by identifying sales prospects. Prepare and maintain sales database. Participate in company’s promotional activities.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.    Responsible for achieving individual health insurance sales target by identifying clients to sell company products.

2.    Prepare and maintain sales database and daily visit reports.

3.    Project the number of contacts to be made each day.

4.    Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

5.    Participate in company’s promotional activities.

6.    Identify and resolve client concerns.

7.    Provide market feedback gathered through sales activity to the manager.

8.    Ensure that the required regular attendance is maintained.

9.    Any other duties assigned by the Head of Retail Sales/ BMs.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

 

1.    At least an Intermediate/HSC degree holder & preferably  graduate .

2.    Age les then 28 years

3.    Preferably have 1-2 years of related insurance selling experience/ liabilities etc  .

4.    Good in English and arithmetic skills required.  

5.    Strong communication skills.

6.    Should be presentable and maintain professional appearance.

7.    Good two references

 

 

 

PACKAGE:

 

   1.    Salary Rs 8,000/=, Fuel 1,500/= , Mobile Rs 550 = Gross Salary Rs 10,050/=

2. Commission 15% on target basis.
