Our Client is 150-bed hospital facilitates and serves the primary and secondary health care needs of the community that otherwise would possibly remain neglected.
We seek an experienced Hospital Manager who will be a key member of the Senior Management Team to lead strategic development and be responsible for the overall performance and governance of the medical aspects of the institution, ensuring that a strong clinical perspective, knowledge and judgment prevails across the organization.
Reporting to the Medical/Managing Director and working closely with the Administrator, the key responsibilities will include:
Spokesperson for all medical related matters of the hospital.
Implement performance management system and monitor quality of clinical care.
Develop recruitment and compensation policies for all medical staff.
Promote a culture of patient focus and pursue high quality care Identity and adopt best practices (Medical protocols).
Expand and develop medical services in accordance with business plan and meet financial targets.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Total experience required 8-10 years, of which at least 3-4 years hands-on experience in similar position in a reputed healthcare institution.
An effective team leader with excellent hospital management and communication skills.
Age not more than 50 years.
