Position: Program ManagerQualification: Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Sciences. PMP or PgMP certification would be an added advantageExperience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experienceRequired Skill Set:
Ability to work as a Program Manager on complex initiatives
Engages in PMO departmental activities to support the goals and objectives of the department and the company
Management and leadership skills
Strategic and analytical skills
Relationship management and creative judgment skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Goal oriented and action focused
Well versed with usage of Microsoft Office applications
Capable of project planning and organizing, communicating and delegating
Detail oriented
Must have aptitude for creative designing
Able to meet deadlines
Capable to collaborate cross functionally
