Team Lead
Position: Team LeadQualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Masters will be preferredExperience: More than 6 years of experience, preferably in Oracle ERP projectsRequired Knowledge & Skill Set
Experience with Oracle report and form development (6i/9i/10g) tools
Expertise on SQL / PLSQL, TOAD, and SQLDEVELOPER tools
Ability to handle large team, preferably of Oracle ERP Projects
Must be well versed with 3 or 4 full development life cycles including preparation of technical system documentation
Ability to work cohesively as a member of a cross-functional, integrated development team, utilizing an iterative development methodology
Be pro-active in identifying, analyzing and resolving technical issues early in the development lifecycle for a given system component
