Customer Care Executive

Urgently required Customer Care Executive for Automotive Company based in Karachi
SALARY RANGE: 20,000 PKR – 30,000 PKR

AGE: 25-30 Years

GENDER: Preferably Male

QUALIFICATION: Graduation/MBA

EXPERIENCE:

5 Years of Customer Services (If he’s a graduate)
3 Years of Customer Services (If he has done his MBA)
Experience in Automotive Industry will be an added advantage
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Receiving Customer’s Warranty Cards
 Entry in Data Base
 Maintenance of Incentive Plans of Conversion Centers or After Market on the basis of records maintained
 Entertain Queries of Customers and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
 Coordination with different Departments in order to solve Queries, giving Feedback to Customers and having regular Follow ups
 Analysis and Periodic Reporting
 Development, implementation and finalization of all Customer Care activities
 Suggestions for Customer Satisfaction Improvement
 Coordination with External Organizations in carrying out CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Surveys
 Process Improvement
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 Knowledge of Warranty, Claims Processing and Automotive Industry
 Basic writing, arithmetic and internet browsing skills required.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Telephonic Skills.
 Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
 Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
 Visibility of work requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
 Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
 Decision Making Skills
 Time Management Skills
